Portrait in Pastel Workshop



Who is it for: Pastel Portrait Workshop is perfect for beginners and practicing artists who want to learn pastel techniques and basics of portrait drawing. Pastels are a great medium to bridge between drawing and painting mediums.

What is it about: Students begin with short color studies of plaster heads, scull and simple still life forms. By the end of this course you will have  two complete life portrait drawings, and you will get round knowledge about color, light and shadow theories.

Materials: Set of Soft Pastels (minimum 20 colors), pastel paper pad
Location:1177 Parker Street,Vancouver, BC
Time: Weekdays, 7pm to 10pm

Lessons required: 8 lessons/ 3 hours each
Fees: $400
Additional single fees: $50 model fee, $30 if you don't have your own materials.
